Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas has finally unveiled the face of her daughter, Noor Jahan, to the world.
Zara Noor Abbas married actor Asad Siddiqui in December 2017. This is the second marriage for both of them. Asad was previously married to Mahim in 2014, and they were often seen together on morning shows. However, their marriage ended in 2017. Zara Noor also separated from her first husband in 2017, after marrying him in June 2016.
A few years into their marriage, in January 2022, Asad Siddiqui revealed that Zara had suffered a pregnancy loss due to medical complications. In November 2023, Zara announced that she was pregnant again, and in March 2024, the couple welcomed their baby girl, Noor Jahan.
Recently, Zara Noor Abbas shared a post on Instagram, featuring a photoshoot with her daughter. However, as before, Noor Jahan’s face was not fully visible in the picture. In the caption, Zara wrote an emotional message to her daughter and explained why she continues to hide her daughter’s face from the public.
Zara expressed, “These are the days when she’s unwell, staying up late and waking up early. During this time, nothing else matters to me but her. It’s all that makes sense to me. I didn’t even realize such emotions existed.”
She added, “I used to think I only felt this way about my parents, that these feelings wouldn’t arise for anyone else in my life. But this is something more, something overwhelming, beyond anything I could have imagined.”
Zara continued, “You made me strong and taught me bravery, courage, and how to be someone’s protector. Thank you for choosing me. I love you so much, Noor Jahan. I want to do everything for you, and I always will.”
Explaining why she’s still not revealing her daughter’s face on social media, Zara wrote, “I won’t show your picture to the world just yet because I fear the evil eye. Please be patient with your mother’s choice.”
Instead of writing “nazar lag jaigi” (fear of the evil eye), Zara used an emoji to convey her sentiment.
