Recently, Hina Khan revealed that she has stage three breast cancer and is currently undergoing treatment. She kept her fans updated on social media, even sharing a video of herself shaving her head for chemotherapy.
While fans and celebrities worldwide sent their prayers and support, Rocky Jaiswal’s prolonged silence caught everyone’s attention. Some speculated that Hina and Rocky had parted ways. However, Rocky put an end to these rumors by posting a message on Instagram.
