Pakistani drama actress Mariyam Nafees recently revealed that she remains in contact with her ex-boyfriend and his family, even after her marriage.
Mariyam Nafees shared these details during her appearance on Adnan Faisal’s podcast, where she talked about her personal life and career.
During the podcast, the host asked Mariyam what she considers a “red flag” in a relationship. Mariyam responded by saying that a red flag is when you feel there is something you haven’t shared with your spouse. The host then interrupted and asked if this meant speaking to or meeting someone. Mariyam clarified that it could be anything but emphasized it shouldn’t involve meeting with an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend.
Mariyam Nafees further explained that she still has a connection with her ex-boyfriend and maintains a very close relationship with his family. She revealed that her ex-boyfriend’s sister is her best friend, so she often visits their family, and her husband has no problem with this.
She added that her husband has allowed her to visit her best friend’s house or invite her over. Due to this friendship, Maryam also occasionally interacts with her ex-boyfriend. While they are not friends, there is no hostility between them either.
