Pakistani actress Humaima Malick recently spoke about the possibility of Indian actor Emraan Hashmi visiting Pakistan.
While it is normal for artists from different countries to be friends, when it involves Pakistan and India, such friendships often make headlines due to the rivalry between the two nations. Despite this, many personalities in the entertainment industry, including Humaima Malik, have maintained close connections with their counterparts across the border. Malik has showcased her acting talent in both Pakistan and India, earning a place in the hearts of fans from both countries.
Although Humaima Malik has appeared in only a few Pakistani films and dramas, she gained significant recognition after the release of “The Legend of Maula Jatt.” She also starred alongside Emraan Hashmi in the 2014 film “Raja Natwarlal.”
Recently, Humaima Malick, along with her brother, actor Feroze Khan, participated in an interview via video call with an Indian journalist. During the interview, she discussed Emraan Hashmi’s potential visit to Pakistan. When asked by the journalist what she would do if Hashmi came to Pakistan, and whether he would need special measures like wearing a burqa to avoid attention from fans, Malik humorously replied, “I will tell all the girls that Emraan Hashmi is coming, and they will happily go to the airport.”
She also mentioned that she would suggest to Emraan Hashmi to do a podcast with her. Malik added that Hashmi enjoys his stardom and likes to show it off.
It’s worth noting that the same journalist recently expressed interest in interviewing Pakistani actress Hania Aamir.
